Developer procured planning permission to construct 9-bespoke penthouse apartments. This above the existing light industrial unit with approval granted by Southwark Council
Deal structure enabled the landowner to maximise value from the site through a sale of the air-rights. This whilst being able to retain ownership of the building and run his established printing business uninterrupted employing over 50 workers
Construction of new units underway with PC scheduled for Q4 2024
