Results in April have been rewarding with two substantial sales campaigns completing this month. The first of which was a vacant freehold office building measuring 14,500sqft which was sold for one of the oldest registered providers in London. After winning the pitch to sell, we launched a high energy campaign after the first the lockdown and generated multiple block viewing days. This led to a handful of bids being placed on our call for offers. The sale was concluded at ÂŁ6,500,000 to a local Southwark based charity.
The second completion saw us dispose of a consented residential development opportunity. Having been appointed by longstanding client Landhold Developments to act on the disposal. We ran a thorough campaign over the Christmas period and into the New Year. This again yielded multiple offers with a deal eventually concluded to Featherstone Homes who will implement the 19-apartment development.
A sale price of £2,475,000 was achieved. Look out for some stunning homes coming to the market in 18 months’ time.
