During 2018 we approached a local landowner in East Ham following the approval of his planning application. The subject site had just received a consent for a fully private scheme comprising 37 apartments. The vendor asked us to identify a quality housebuilder with the ability to transact quickly.

Fast forward two years and we were delighted to hear the developer had completed the scheme in good time. With a large proportion of the scheme now sold and only a few units left available, it was great to get a glimpse of the finished product.
