Over the past 12 months we have been consulted by numerous housebuilders, housing associations and private investors about commercial space within their new developments.
Previously commercial had been overlooked at planning as an after thoughts, however we have been able to work on both disposals and leasing to achieve strong results. After a welcome announcement by the government to provide flexibility with use classes we have been able to widen our search for new tenants and potential owner occupiers.

From a sales perspective we have concluded sales in South Bermondsey for Pocket Living and both Chingford and Tottenham for Fairview New Homes. We have one unit remaining in Tottenham and space to rent in an exciting scheme on Greenwich High Road for Tailored Living Solutions (shown below).
